DT3 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the DT3 website at dt3.onl, downloading the DT3 app or creating a player account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all services offered through the DT3 platform, including casino games, live casino, fish games, sports betting and any promotional offers.

Your agreement also extends to the DT3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall terms governing your relationship with the platform. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms apply to that specific offer only; these general Terms and Conditions remain in effect for all other aspects of your account.

These terms are written in English because that is the primary language of the DT3 platform. If you need clarification on any point, please contact customer support before proceeding.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use DT3, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. DT3 does not permit minors to register or use any part of the platform. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to hold accounts.
• Not a restricted person: Employees of DT3, its affiliates, software providers or payment processors — and their immediate family members — are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• Single account: You may hold only one player account on DT3. Opening multiple accounts, including accounts under different names or payment methods, is a breach of these terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful and your own. Accounts registered with false or third-party information will be closed.

03 Account Registration

Creating an account on DT3 is free and straightforward. During registration you will be asked to provide your name, contact details and a valid mobile number for JazzCash, Easypaisa or other supported payment methods. You will also set a password for your account.

• Password security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. DT3 staff will never ask for your password.
• Accurate registration details: The name on your DT3 account must match the name on your identity documents and your payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account). Mismatches will delay or prevent withdrawals.
• Contact information: Your registered mobile number and email address must be kept current. Important account communications, including withdrawal notifications and security alerts, are sent to these contacts.
• Account security: If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact DT3 customer support immediately. Report compromised accounts as soon as you become aware of the issue.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. DT3 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close dormant accounts in accordance with its account management policy.

04 Deposits & Payments

DT3 accepts deposits in PKR through a range of payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard debit and credit cards. All account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees.

• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimums are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposit speed: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take one to three business hours depending on the issuing bank. DT3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using third-party payment methods or funds that do not belong to you are a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
• No deposit fees from DT3: DT3 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside DT3's control.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but does not appear in your DT3 balance within the standard processing time, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. DT3 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.

• Verification requirement: All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. This typically requires a CNIC or equivalent identity document. This is a standard account protection measure.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within one to four hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one to two business days.
• Minimum withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
• Bonus balance: Any active bonus balance must have its wagering requirements fully satisfied before the corresponding funds can be included in a withdrawal request. Real money funds are available to withdraw independently of bonus balance status.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply. VIP tier members have elevated withdrawal limits. Current limits are visible on the withdrawal page and in VIP tier details.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

DT3 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering on certain game types may contribute at a different rate than others.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account. The expiry period is stated in the promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one welcome bonus or deposit bonus can be active per account at any given time. Opting in to a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse of bonuses: DT3 monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonuses removed and may be restricted from future promotional offers.
• No-deposit bonuses: If any no-deposit bonus is offered, a maximum withdrawal cap applies to winnings generated from that bonus. The cap is stated in the offer terms.
• VIP bonuses: Bonuses offered through the DT3 VIP programme are subject to the same general bonus terms unless explicitly stated otherwise in the VIP tier documentation.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games, slots and live casino titles available on DT3 are provided by certified third-party software providers. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generator systems operated by those providers, not by DT3 directly.

• RTP accuracy: Return to Player percentages displayed in the DT3 Game Lobby are sourced from provider documentation and represent the theoretical long-term return of each game. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and is not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction in any game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player balances. Wins generated from a confirmed game malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Live casino: Live casino games are governed by their own specific game rules in addition to these general terms. Dealer decisions in accordance with published game rules are final. Disputes about live casino outcomes are reviewed via recorded session footage.
• Prohibited play methods: The use of automated software (bots), scripts, AI-assisted betting tools or any form of cheat program is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

08 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on DT3 covers cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and ICC events), football and esports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to available markets and current odds. DT3 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension during key moments of a match. Bets placed while a market is temporarily suspended may be voided. In-play bets are settled using official match data.
• Match postponements: If a fixture is postponed beyond 24 hours of its scheduled start time, all outstanding bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned mid-play, settlement rules depend on the specific market type.
• Obvious errors: Bets placed at odds that were published due to a technical error or obvious mistake may be voided or settled at corrected odds. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet payout applies to all sports markets. The applicable limit is displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

09 Responsible Gaming

DT3 supports responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available to all registered players from the account settings page.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any upward adjustment takes effect.
• Session reminders: Set a session time reminder that notifies you when you have been playing for a specified duration. These reminders are informational and do not automatically end your session.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming can activate a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and cannot be accessed. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality check: An optional pop-up summary of your session time and net position can be enabled in account settings to keep you informed during extended play sessions.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

DT3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. The following are grounds for account action:

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account is a breach of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• False registration information: If the name, contact details or identity documents provided do not match the payment method registered to the account, the account will be suspended pending verification.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment methods will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity may result in bonus removal, account restriction or permanent closure.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback against a DT3 deposit constitutes a breach of these terms. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks will be suspended until the matter is resolved.

When an account is closed for any reason other than voluntary closure by the player, any real money balance remaining after satisfying outstanding liabilities will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, unless the closure is the result of confirmed fraudulent activity.

11 Privacy & Data

DT3 collects and processes personal data as described in the DT3 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Data use: Your personal data is used to manage your account, process payments, verify your identity and provide customer support. DT3 does not sell personal data to third parties.
• Identity verification data: Identity documents provided for verification are stored securely and used solely for account verification purposes.
• Marketing communications: By registering, you may receive promotional communications from DT3. These can be opted out of at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support.

12 Amendments to These Terms

DT3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or through an on-screen notification the next time they log in.

Continued use of the DT3 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact customer support to request account closure.
